Millers Sausage
Description: Millers makes a variety of
smoked sausages that are made in small batches, using only fresh beef or a beef
and pork mixture with a blend of only the freshest spices. All of Millers
sausages are slowly smoked using real hickory chips to give them a mild, real
smoked flavor. These sausages range from a mild beef smoked sausage to an extra
HOT habenero link. Our natural casing sausages are made the old fashioned way
with natural hog casings, not an artificial collagen casing. This holds in all
the flavors and juices while you’re grilling them and gives them that “snap”
when you bite into them.
